About

It's so simple when you leave the bike out of it! That's not to say it isn't hard. Our second aquathon of the season features a 500m swim followed by 2.5k run.  If that sounds fairly easy to you experienced triathletes, then come try it!  Plus, we're going to follow through this year on a long held threat: those wearing wetsuits can only put them on once the gun goes to start the race :)  We chose the distances as an even challenge so neither runners nor swimmers have an advantage.

How It Works

  • RSVP on the message board so we know how many to expect.
  • Arrive at 8:30am with your swimming gear and running gear.
  • The swimrun will start at 9am and feature a multi-loop 500m swim followed by flat, multi-lap, 2.5k run. The transition zone will be at the top of the beach.
  • The swim will take place in water that is walkable depth.
