About

Meet with the coaches to go through a number of important drills and skills that are critical to staying safe and in control both on the road and when racing. We'll also have a talk on maintenance and help you learn to change a tire, a big confidence booster for many riders.

How It Works

  • Show up with everything you need: bike, helmet, spare tube, pump, tire levers.
  • We'll demonstrate and explain a skill then have you practice it doing a specific drill.
  • After the ride section, we will sit down to talk about key areas of bike maintenance.
  • As part of the maintenance talk you will have the chance to change a tire with the guidance of the coaches.
